HELP CLUB- There will be a HELP Club meeting on Tuesday, March 16 at 3:05 p.m. in Mrs. Nixon's room. We will make the final decision on the end of the year trip. Remember you must have seven activites and 93% attendance to be eligible to articipate.

Seniors- the Mid-Missouri Off-Roaders 2010 Scholarship Application is now available in the counseling office. The scholarship is awarded based on need and scholastic ability. Must be postmarked no later than April 15th, 2010.

Juniors- Monday, March 22, you will have the opportunity to take a practice ACT. The test will be given at the Family Life Center, and lunch will be provided. Junior English teachers will distribute permission slips. Permission slips are due Thursday, March 18. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Kay in room 215.

Scholarship Information- Seniors, the Mason Scholarship Fund of Missouri is offering two scholarships, the Samuel Smith Stewart Masonic Scholarship and the Ruth Lutes Bachmann Scholarship. Must have a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher and it is based on financial need. If interested you can pick up an application in the counseling office.

Basketball Cheerleading Tryouts- will be March 23, 24, and 25 in the round gym starting at 3:15 until finished. Information packets can be picked up in the office. You must have an up to date physical before trying out. It is mandatory to have teacher references filled out and for the teacher to put it in Mrs. Lewis' mailbox. We need cheerleaders who are willing to work hard, be dedicated to put in long hours, and a long season. If you have any quetions see Lesia Lewis room 45.

No Art Club meeting Tuesday due to Mastodon Art Fair.

FBLA Members- The charity donation from bracelet sales and contribution cards are due before you are eligible to go on the trip to the City Museum. Remember you must have 93% attendance to go on the trip. We plan to schedule the trip sometime in April so listen and watch the announcements for more information.

Student Council Members- There will be a meeting for all student council members on Tuesday, March 23 at 7:20 in Ms. LoosÕs room. All members need to attend.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, March 18, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday, March 19, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Parents can contact their child's advisor to make appointments.

Student Council members- There will be a meeting of all Student Council members on Tuesday, March 23, at 7:20 a.m. in Ms. Loos' room. All members need to attend.

Perfect Attendance On the front counter in the main office there is a list of students who have Perfect Attendance so far this year. If you think you have perfect attendance, please check this list for your name. Let the office know if your name should be added to this list.

Congratulations to Takiesha Cluck, Emily Short, and Paige Coleman. Takiesha was named to the First Team All State Academic Team for softball. Both Emily and Paige were named to the Second Team All State Academic Team for softball. Great job ladies!
